Orders are initiated for processing upon payment confirmation.

  1. SHIPPING & HANDLING

    Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time

    We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office. Holidays include New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

    • Processing Time: 1 – 5 business days (regular seasons) or more during holiday seasons.
    • Standard & Free Domestic Shipping: 3 – 5 business days (regular seasons) or longer during holiday seasons.
    • Express Domestic Shipping: 2 business days (Cannot be delivered to a PO Box)
    • International Shipping: 1 – 4 weeks (regular seasons) or more during holiday seasons.

    At present, our shipping cannot reach US Military bases. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

  3. ORDER TRACKING

    You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your order's journey home. Allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package.

    If tracking information is unavailable, it means the carrier has not processed your parcel. Once scanned, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

    If past your estimated arrival date, contact us, and we'll assist you.

  4. INCORRECT ADDRESS

    Provide the correct address at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address. If you contact the final mile carrier post-warehouse departure for redirection, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
